Dory with Pesto?

Dory!

Today, I have Dory.. 

Didn't have any idea how to cook it.. 

I opened my fridge.. and i saw Pesto.. hmmm...

Why not? Let's give it a try... 

I was gonna put the tomato grape on the fish "eye" but.. it looks like I have no respect for food.... so.. 

Vietnamese style! put everything into the butterhead! and wow!! what a party in the mouth!!

This dish...i give myself 80/100.. Pesto with no salt and pepper needed was quite good actually.. I could taste the freshness of the Dory...

I just realised when you cook for yourself as for only one person, you could even put chocolate on the fish..! my point is.. if you like the ingredients, if you think the tastes will mix well.. it could be a 'successful invention'!  

uufff.... i still feel so full...
